Kearan did what other pool builders said was impossible. He transformed a steep cliff into a large usable area and navigated us through the government red tape relating to waterfront properties and foreshore building lines to build an exceptional pool and yard on time and within budget. He did not even appear phased when we altered the design ( to the format initially recommended by him ) once all the steelwork was laid ! Construction proceeded very smoothly and Kearan was always keen to make sure we were happy with the job as it proceeded. His knowledge of the latest in technology and design together with his follow up after completion was exceptional . Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him or his team who were a pleasure to deal with. As Kearan would say , ” its all good “. Amazing understanding of swimming pool technology . We were very grateful that we were not required to make any concessions on materials , design or in the timeframe that you initially promised.
